11. 11 Our Pitch The problem: Project Teams like to deliver in an agile way but Clients usually require a roadmap or project plan. Keeping an agile roadmap or project plan constantly up-to-date is a very time consuming activity.

12. 12 Our Pitch The solution: Let Agile Teams work the way they feel it's best for themselves and use the data already available to us to avoid re-creating information in Excel/PowerPoint/Microsoft Project/etc. So we use JIRA data to visualize progress and not just on a project but also on a portfolio level. Epic is the designated level to be used to put together the agile roadmap.

13. 13 Our Pitch The products: We created Roadmap and Portfolio JIRA plugins.

14. 14 Our Pitch Roadmap For the Scrum Master/Project Manager of an Agile Team. The tool puts everything on a timeline so that users can assign estimated start and end dates for their Epics. Capable of handling dependencies between these sections Users can also add Milestones to their agile roadmaps. Once these are done, progress will refresh automatically gaining data from JIRA Agile. Non-agile projects may also use the tool but in that case progress needs to be maintained manually.

15. 15 Our Pitch Portfolio This plugin is for Executive Level Managers who are responsible for the delivery on multiple projects. Portfolio plugin can display multiple roadmaps and can group these together into portfolios. It makes easy to keep track of projects and their progress since data is coming from JIRA Agile.
