Nursing Admission Checklist  Sign up for the Fall prerequisite courses as listed on the curriculum guide  Complete all prerequisites by the end of Spring 2012  Fill out the Nursing application prior to March 1,2012 (available September 15, 2011)  Sign up for the HESI exam early – test is offered on specific dates (October-February) Must be completed prior to March 1, 2012 Questions??  Individual appointments are available Monday through Friday during school year – please call for an appointment (618) 650- 3956.
