8 Quality of EOC Training 88% said the training was either excellent or very good only 2 respondents said the training was fair, and none said it was poor 88% said the trainers’ presentation skills were either excellent or very good the remaining respondents rated the trainers’ presentations skills as good 8

9 Effectiveness and Relevance 82% said the training was relevant to their job 86% said the training reinforced or improved their knowledge and skills 79% said they would deal with issues differently as a result of the training 87% said that the training was effective in changing behaviours in their workplace (very small sample) 9

10 Choice of Provider 57 respondents said they booked training in their workplace 51% of these said they had not used EOC to provide training in the last 3 years, but 67% of these had not engaged in any EO training in the last 3 years of the 49% who had used EOC in last 3 years, 100% would use us again! 10
