AVID Family Night #1 95 Parent Sign-ins, plus 10-15 student volunteers whose families also probably came 15+ staff members interacting and informing parents Parents Signing Up to be volunteers

Example: Ess 2: -100% of AVID students are voluntary and sign contracts -ET and ST also volunteer and assume some leadership roles -Have long term plans to recruit and retain elective teachers and Site Team Members

Looking Forward: Oct 30th PD Plan: Multiple Workshops that people self-select They want at least 2 WICOR based workshops Cornell Focused Note-Taking-Avila Socratic Seminars/Philo Chairs-Gordillo and Estoesta Let’s do 2 Co-facilitators per and showcase a part of what we plan to do at the Next Site Team Meeting: October 29 th Volunteers???;)
