2 AVID Family Night #1 95 Parent Sign-ins, plus 10-15 student volunteers whose families also probably came 15+ staff members interacting and informing parents Parents Signing Up to be volunteers

Example: Ess 2: -100% of AVID students are voluntary and sign contracts -ET and ST also volunteer and assume some leadership roles -Have long term plans to recruit and retain elective teachers and Site Team Members
