Current FCC RF safety policy leaves the public and wildlife unprotected from the hazards of long-term, low-intensity exposures. The U.S. has no Federal mechanism to protect human and wildlife health from adverse biological impacts of long-term exposure to RF radiation emitted from broadcast, radar, cell phone and personal wireless antennas.
