Implementation at preliminary state Customer level of sophistication still low Needs relatively simple; things like digital signature or federated authentication still a ways off Standards have broad areas identified, but still pretty generic Still not clear how all the pieces will fit together How will SOAP, WSDL, etc. incorporate security standards
