Answer: IT CAN BE CHANGED! Our founding fathers knew that for our government to last it would have to change over time. These changes are called AMENDMENTS. Constitution Facts: The first ten amendments are called the BILL OF RIGHTS The first amendment establishes our freedoms (religion, speech, assembly, press, etc.)
