European Festivals Association European Atelier for Young Festival Managers Participants include everyone from students of arts management to managers working for established organizations and others launching new events. They are asked to present a proposal for a new festival or event, or to suggest how to renew an existing one. These papers that allow a focused selection are used as references during the entire workshop.
