4.  1-Use only standardized mountain sports equipment and study instructions for use.  2-Double-check your knots, harness buckle, belay system and the end of the rope.  3-Communication prevents misunderstandings, let your partner know when he has to take your weight on the rope.  3-Respect other climbers and inform them of mistakes and dangers. Stick to climbing bans.  4-A helmet prevents head injuries in case of falling rocks, if you fall.

5.  The overall objective of the climb is to ascend to achieve nearly vertical surfaces, ice, rock or artificial walls built specifically for sports.
