11. + Exhibitors All of the exhibitors have been contacted and able to be at the expo those two days. They will bring everything they need to set up their exhibit area. They must be set up one hour prior to the expo starting. Each exhibitor will have a 3x8 foot table draped with a black cloth to set up their exhibit on. Some do not want the table but they will have one if they need it. Exhibitors needing electricity have been strategically located near an outlet along a wall. Curtains have been draped all around the outer walls of the Foy Center Basketball room for the expo. Titans Player autograph and picture booth will be set up.

12. + Vendors Vendors will pay $100 per table to set up at the expo Vendors may give out brochures, give away FREE gifts or samples, sign up new clients, or sell their products to the expo patrons. Some vendors will have drawings for prizes. Vendors are responsible for their own set up. They must be set up one hour prior to the expo starting. They are also responsible for removal of everything they bring with them and have set up to include trash. Vendors will also have a 3x8 foot table for their use if wanted. Those needing electricity have been strategically located near an outlet along the wall.

13. + Clarksville Leaf Chronicle add taken out each week for a month. Cost of the ad will be $500 for the month. It will be in the paper everyday in a color ¼ page ad. The image of the poster for the expo will be posted online at all the area’s networking sites that offer free advertising. This includes ClarksvilleOnline, ClarksvilleSportsNetwork, and ClarksvilleNow. Posters and fliers will be put up around town in all the gyms, rec centers, and businesses that will let us put them. All exhibitors and vendors have agreed to hang posters, hand out fliers, and place our ad on their web site if available. Advertising for the expo will be done four different ways. 14. + Every registered attendee of the wellness expo will receive a free t-shirt. T-shirts will be light grey with the Wellness Expo logo on the front of the t- shirt and the TN Titans logo on the back with NFL Play 60. 500 t-shirts will be made for the expo. The cost of the t-shirts are $7 each. We will order 70-S, 150-M, 150-L, 100-XL, 25-2XL, and 5-3XL from Suzy’s Shirts in Pleasant View. 15. + Rental of the Foy Center for the two days will be $1,890 normally. However since many of the exhibitors are from APSU, including the Foy Center, the director David Davenport waved the fee. The TN Titans donated $4,000 to the wellness expo. $3,500 to pay for the t-shirts since they have their logo and the NFL Play 60 on the back, and $500 to pay for the newspaper advertising. The Foy Center donated the use of the tables and cloths for the expo. However we have to do all the set up and removal of them. Members of the Greek Fraternity & Sorority Affairs office has volunteered to assist with the set up of the tables, removal of the tables after the expo, moving of water bottles and snacks for the expo, and monitor and removal of trash each day. NWHS Cheerleading Squad will work and handle the welcome table making sure that everyone is greeted and welcomed, registers, gets a t-shirt, and takes the exhibitor form along with them to get signed by all exhibitors for autographs and pictures with the Titans players. All the printed material is $650 but it is being donated by Wooten’s Printing in Clarksville. Snacks are being donated by Frito-Lay in Clarksville and the bottled water is being donated by Coca-Cola Bottling in Clarksville. Gasoline to pick up everything will be about $50.
