7 People are an important part of the city because they help make decisions on how the city will look and how people will live and work in a city … This sometimes involves everyone having to vote on what is more important Sometimes there are many things that need to be done to help a city grow… If we were asked to choose which is more important for the city – making it look good or making sure all people have warm houses, which would you choose? Maybe a class vote will help make a final decision.
