4 Selected topics - Time Clocks on powered devices, intermediate power monitors, and NMS may all be different – Suggest: add “age” of data points to MIB so that receiving entities can adjust time to their own clock (seconds likely best unit) Some devices may be unable to record power use when off resulting in “missing” time – Suggest: add value for end time of last missing period
