A possible Intellectual Assets acquisition initiative for 4TU Proposal

SMARTUNI initiative introduction I. Intellectual Asset Management (IAM) IAM means: Identified, valued and utilization-able intellectual assets with the appropriate network (startegic partners/experts) in R&D, technology innovation and business development. A complex way of cooperation in different levels. Must be part of a proposal in the future (Horizon 2020) BME IAM Capacity BME now forms its IAM Capacity with unique Methodology, Technology, and also a broad Knowledge Content

Hungarian IAM Capacity development initiative Project partners: National Innovation Office (NIH), Higher Education Technology Transfer Forum (FTTF), BME Common platform for Intellectual Assets of Universities. Identified, evaluated ideas and other intangibles in a common (work)space. Better utilization of R&D results. Joint initiatives to third parties.

SMARTUNI initiative intellectual assets management culture SMARTUNI initiative for 4TU (summary) BME enables its IAM Capacity for pilots Estimated content as a start 1 day training for 4TU delegates (3 persons/TU) Access to the IAM platform 5 IA-pilots per TU Forming an IAM 4TU action team from 4TU delegates Common action plan for awareness raising events and actions Estimated costs per TU EUR 8.800.- (excluding travel and accomodation)
