3 MISSION STATEMENT THE UNESCO WINDHOEK CLUSTER OFFICE AIMS TO BE A PRIMARY CHANNEL FOR IMPROVING EFFECTIVE COLLABORATION AND PARTNERSHIPS IN EDUCATION, THE SCIENCES, COMMUNICATION AND CULTURE, ESPECIALLY WITHIN ITS CLUSTER MEMBER STATES IT SEEKS TO ACHIEVE THIS WITH A DYNAMIC, SERVICE-ORIENTED AND PROFESSIONALLY COMMITTED LEADERSHIP AND STAFF, ABLE CONSISTENTLY TO ATTRACT RESOURCES AND GOODWILL FOR CARRYING OUT UNESCO’s MANDATE.
