Key Insight R = F(I.S><p.s) The results of an intervention depend on the interior condition of the intervener. As individuals, we are not a unity. There is an inner struggle going on within us. We have to manage this inner struggle. OTHERWISE

NO NEW IDEAS WILL JUST REPEAT THE PAST CANNOT OVERCOME OUR EMOTIONAL HABITS MAKES IT HARD TO TRUST OTHER PEOPLE NO TRUST, NO SOLUTION ECOSYSTEM

KEY INSIGHTS Capital, infra, institutions, raw talent and expertise not enough. U of Chicago and 85 Nobel Laureates. Innate mistrust creates enormous transaction costs. Requires individuals to rise above their selfishness and instinctive mistrust of others and focus on mutual long-term interest.

KEY INSIGHTS Self-interest is natural and necessary, but systemic innovation requires self- sacrifice and self-restraint. ProFusion and Google and the need for “Rainforests”. Quality of human relationships and TRUST in innovation ecosystem essential.

GROUP SUPPORT Harvard Business School uses group support to develop mindful leaders. The group through supportive challenge provides non-judgmental feedback in order to recognize blindspots, accept shortcomings and gain confidence.
