4 July 1, 2003 Prototype Weekly Status Meeting 4 Governance Process In order to maintain a consistent demonstration environment for the prototype, a governance process will be implemented. The proposed governance process would follow these steps for any changes to the scenarios: Requestor sends proposed changes to all business scenario owners for review. All business scenario owners should have at least 3 business days to review the change. The proposed change should include the following information: Screen shots or storyboards that highlight the changes Updated demo scripts that detail the new information or change on a page The date the change will be made to the production site. The new production files that need to be uploaded to the site. (if the scenario is hosted on the NITC server) Business scenario owners review change and sends all comments back to the requestor within 3 business days with a copy to Sandy.facinoli2@usda.gov, Chris.niedermayer@usda.gov, and egov@usda.gov. Requestor summarizes the comments and sends a final request to Sandy.facinoli2@usda.gov, Chris.niedermayer@usda.gov, and egov@usda.gov. Chris Niedermayer will approve/disapprove the change to the requestor within 2 business days of the summary request. Requestor completes the change if it is approved and sends a note out to all business scenario owners confirming the change.
