3.  I was born in Queens, New York and we moved to Greensboro, North Carolina when I was about 2 years old.

4.  My religion is Islam, and I speak Arabic fluently.

5.  I love playing lacrosse and can’t wait for the season to start!

6.  I have a brother named Ali, who’s 21 and is studying business at Western Carolina University.

7.  This is my little sister, Duaa, who’s 13 and attends Kiser Middle School.

8.  My dad lives and works there, so I get to see him whenever I’m up there.  There’s something new and exciting to do there all the time, you’re never bored.

10.  My favorite food is tacos.

11.  I’ve been overseas to places like Sudan and Europe.

12.  The Carolina Tarheels are my favorite college team.  I love watching their lacrosse games against Duke.

13.  My favorite television shows are: The Vampire Diaries, Pretty Little Liars, Finding Carter and Switched at Birth.
