+ School-Based Transition Plan- due 5/2 With members of your school-based team, begin drafting the elements of your school-based transition plan. You should think about the audience for your work as being the administration, teachers, and student support staff at your school The powerpoint we shared is the minimum in terms of what your plan should entail. You can feel free to add or expand as you see fit. Your goal should be to present your plan to school- based administration before the end of this school year. (30 minutes)
