What is Ticket to Read? A fun and motivating online reading program Helps students become active readers Designed for grades K–6 2 components –Phonics –Reading

Phonics 14 instructional paths with three entry points - paths 1, 7, or 12 Designed for kindergarten through first grade students or struggling students in any grade Kindergarten students are automatically placed in path 1 First grade students complete an online phonics placement test Games develop early reading skills

Reading 16 reading levels that range from the middle of first grade to the beginning of seventh grade Students are placed in a level based on results from the fluency measure Within each level, students complete 3-4 books on high-interest topics Each book contains 10 passages Each session takes 20-30 minutes to complete
