Respect What it Looks Like Treating others the way you want to be treated Keeping hands to yourself Listening while others are talking Helping the custodians keep the school clean Shaking hands with other team win or lose-playing fair

Respect What it Sounds Like Kind words Quiet voices “Please” and “thank you” Congratulating the opposing team with ”good game”

Responsibility What it Looks Like Accepting the consequences of your choices Be prepared-have supplies Always trying to do your best Being dependable Being truthful

Responsibility What it Sounds Like Saying," I was wrong. What can I do to correct the problem?” Never saying. “I can’t.” Always saying “I will try.” “I’m returning the things I borrowed

Caring What it Looks Like Thinking about other peoples feelings Being thankful for what others do for you Forgiving others, everyone makes mistakes

Caring What it Sounds Like “Can I help you?” I will share things I have with others Saying “I’m sorry” when you have hurt someone’s feelings Being a good citizen by reciting the school and nation’s pledge in the morning
