May have to do with money constraints, attitude, lack of results, or boredom, etc. Trouble starting and commitment towards staying active. Time People prioritize other things in their life before exercise. Lack of knowledge Not knowing what to do and how will not get you the results that you want. One can risk serious injuries. Individuality Tailoring workout plan to one’s goals, resources, lifestyle constraints such as money, time, and location.

9 SIGNIFICANCE  According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, more than 1/3 (37.5%)of U.S. adults are considered obese.  Obesity-related conditions include heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes and certain types of cancer, some of the leading causes of preventable death.  Market size: Large, whole of U.S should be considered and will be impacted.  Partial blame for America’s obesity epidemic and improper exercise routines is due to the lack of knowledge of such facts related to proper fitness and health. © CDC
