(Orange County CRA Governing Board) Approval and Execution by the Mayor, as Chairman of the Governing Board, of contract for sale and purchase and approval of warranty deed between Orlando Rivera and Nancy Rivera, husband and wife, and Orange County and authorization to disburse funds to pay purchase price and closing costs and perform all actions necessary and incidental to closing.
