Hiiumaa is the County with 5 municipalities: 1 town and 4 rural communes. Mostly rural community values of natural conditions, clean environment, good on-island communication (both road and internet quality), support of neigbours, active citisens, very low criminality, realtively good primary and secondary education, and health service. Negative side of living in Hiiumaa are: poor connection to mainland, narrow choice of jobs, low level of cultural services, low level of salaries compared to Capital, higher risks in entrepreneurship (small market, expensive transport to mainland, difficulties in finding specialists).
