Goal the role of the community care in taking care of the needs of seniors and people with physical or mental handicap who are at risk of impairment or loss of self care abilities about the continuum of health and social care, forms of health and social services provided in community as well as related legislature the mission, organization and provided services of facilities that offer help to their clients

10. Organization of the practice Students can arrange for the practice individually at their hometown The student will arrange for the practice with the management of the facility The student will pick up forms for the practice, including contract form for the facility at the study department

The Institute of Nursing will send the list of the students directly to the facility.
