Education: Levels of education: Preschool – for children before school Primary education – 1 – 9 class Highschool – 10 – 12 class Vocational education – proffesion study University/college – academic/masters degree

Transportation: Social transportation – Ministry of Social Affairs. Coordinated by Tallinn Chamber of Disabled People. Terms and Conditions – wheelchair access, ramp, lift, busdriver training, wheelchair support.

Social welfare: Care for people with disabilities: Social welfare institutions Special nursery homes etc Also organizations who are specialized to disabled people will offer care and welfare services for them

Social welfare: Rehabilitation plan is a document of a person's assessment of its operational capacity, need of assistance, guidance or supervision. His self- sufficiency and social inclusion determine necessary actions to improve his life and coping with disability. Plan is written by: a social worker (social/economic coping), a doctor (health condition), a psychologist, professional counselor, special education teacher, physiotherapist, occupational therapist.

Social welfare : Additional services: social services (child care, home care service, personal assistant, tutor, etc.), local government medical services (rehabilitation, nursing, etc.), the family doctor/specialist, education (speech therapy, special educational assistance), nursery/school, social services (advice on finding a decent job, etc.)

Employment: Employment of Persons with Disabilities: Ministry of Social Affairs - supports the employment policy and the law-making. Unemployment Insurance Fund - providing labor market services and support of findin a job.

According to Estonian law, a disabled person may use the four social services: 1. Adaptation of premises and equipment 2. Free use of technical aids 3. Help in a job interview 4. Personal assistance Employment:

Disabled associations: Estonian Chamber of Disabled People goal is to create activities to people with disabilities, include them to social life and improving their quality of life. Mission: protect disabled people's interests, rights and needs of advocacy, through effective cooperation with national law-making institutions, other organizations and the public. Also mainstreaming disability issues.

Disabled associations Estonian Chamber of Disabled People is a network of 16 Regional Chamber of Disabled People and 30 Estonian disability-specific associations and organizations. They represent a total of about 420 organizations across the country, such as: Estonian Federation of the Deaf, Hard of Hearing Association Estonia, Estonian Federation of the Blind, the Estonian Union of Persons with reduced mobility, and so on.
