This analysis involved a sampling of Comprehensive Visit reports (Random Annual, 5 Year Visit & Required Visit) from all 13 of the Child Care Program Regional Offices. The sample of reports reviewed included a total of 10 reports from each Regional Office for a total review of 130 FCCH Comprehensive Visit Inspection Reports where citations were issued.
