Kayser Italia S.r.l. 22-23 March 2006 INFN LNF - Frascati Kayser Italia’s Experience on payload developments and flight opportunities for space research 11 ALL INCLUSIVE SMALL SCIENTIFIC PAYLOAD BIOKON has been customized for SCORPI-T needs under a contract with ESA which comprised the hardware development, the mission support and the flight procurement. Therefore, KI has been in charge for all interfaces with the Russian authorities and flight responsible/mission management. This contract have been realized by taking advantage of an existing flight opportunity agreement between KI and the Russian authorities. The project has been conducted using an autonomous experiment container developed by Kayser Italia, the BIOKON
