This is the home screen you will see when you first log in. This is where you can add more classes. To use a class, double click on the class you want to access.
5
When you click “Random” you will here a sound and see names spin by before a single name appears in a screen like this. From here you can assign points.
6
The “Reward multiple students” button allows you to provide points to several students at a time. It will automatically exclude students who you have already marked absent.
7
The “Reset Point Bubbles” allows the visible point totals to be reset. It does not erase those points, just removes them from view.
8
The Reports section allows you to see point totals for the whole class and individual students. It also allows you to see how many parents and students have started accounts.

This is what the attendance report view looks like.

Class Dojo has a message feature that allows you to send messages to individuals or groups. This system was email based but has been expanded several times. Note: I personally do not use this function because I find Remind.com serves similar purposes. I also find Remind easier to use. Also, I work in a district where many families do not have internet access at home.
11
To change your personal information, click on your name in the top right hand corner.
12
If you have a personal device, you can search your APP store and download the Remind App Now. The App has similar functions as the website.

How will you use Class Dojo? Think Pair Share 1.Take a minute to create a plan for how you will start using Class Dojo. 2.Select a partner—this can be someone sitting nearby. 3.Share your plan and ask for feedback. 4.Listen to your partner’s plan and provide feedback. Any volunteers willing to share with the whole group?
