The NA Process One-on-one direct interviews with 25 staff members, lasting approximately one hour each Survey to all 180 members of the staff –28% of staff responded

Recommendations Focus on basic computer file management, e-mail and Office skills enhancement for library employees Build a skills database to track current and required skill levels

Recommendations Allocate at least one full time position devoted exclusively to: 1.Coordinate training efforts 2.Provide leadership in continuing aspects of assessment and performance improvement initiatives Develop a core set of computer competencies that all employees must possess
