17 Colleen Bueche, Regional Recruiting Manager Started with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 1991 as a Management Trainee, worked her way through the program and ran a satellite branch office before going into Human Resources. Was promoted to HR Supervisor within 8 months of starting in HR. Has headed up HR and Recruiting for the city region of Chicago since 1993.
