1 st indicator “knowledge” defines requirements for knowledge and depends on the volume and complexity of the information, innovation and degree of abstraction of knowledge (the ratio of theoretical and practical knowledge) 2 nd indicator “skills” defines requirements for the skills and depends on the multiplicity (variability) of solutions to the professional tasks, on selection or designing of these methods, as well as the uncertainty of operating situation and unpredictability of its development 3 d indicator “personal and professional competences” definesthe scope of activities and the cost of possible error for the company or the whole industry and social, environmental of economic impact of the activity as well as the completeness of the professional implementation of the basic functions for management (goal setting, organization, control, motivation). NQF is based on a number of generalized indicators of activity
