13. My Experience  Straight forward installation  Easy to use interface  Responsive  Google Chrome not available for Linux  Google Picasa not available for Linux  Edubuntu includes many children’s applications Overall – Easy for a novice to install Fast and easy to use interface

Overall  Ubuntu is very similar to Vista  Installation is one of the easiest I have experienced  Lots of applications  Cost is a real benefit  Speed appeared much better with Ubuntu - May be significant with a Netbook - Signed up for Google Chrome for Linux - Not a fan of IE, Firefox or Opera
