1 Bidding Notes: Be sure to use Internet Explorer 5.0 or better to place bids Click "Preference List" option to review preference bids before going into the Bidding CSJ For preference bidding, make sure you match bid numbers Bids have not been submitted unless you see the confirmation: "Bids have been submitted to the CSO."

2 Dead Period Remember: The "Dead Period" begins at 4:00 p.m. three WORKING days prior to the interview.

3 Avoid No-Shows: Read your email daily Read your “Personal Information Calendar” dailyPersonal Information Calendar Remove yourself from the waitlist if not interested

4 Avoid No-Shows Remember: You are in a volatile position when on a waitlist! You can be moved onto a schedule and not see the message or the scheduled interview on your Personal Information Calendar until after the "Dead Period" has begun.Personal Information Calendar Check daily, even during the "Dead Period."

5 Canceling Bids You cannot cancel during primary bidding In secondary bidding, you can cancel through the Personal Information Calendar by clicking on a scheduled interview date. You will have a "cancel" or "resume number change" option.Personal Information Calendar If canceling, (before 4:00 p.m. three working days before the interview), you must then click "Submit to the CSO.“ You must receive e-mail confirmation! If you do not, you cannot or have not canceled. Your bid is not returned to you.

6 Interview Feedback Forms Feedback Forms are available in the waiting room. Fill in the required information and hand the form to your interviewer. After 3 forms have been returned, (and not all recruiters will take the time to comply) you will receive feedback.

7 Company Presentations Submit "I" bid Always try to attend if you are interviewing with that company Attend if able, even if you are not on the schedule. Future preference list
