3 Services Provided Advise and assist you with emergency situations of all kinds Answer questions and handle concerns about visa documents and regulations Issue visa documents for travel and to extend your stay in the United States Assist with visa documents for dependent family members Provide assistance with applications to change visa status Supply information on travel to Canada, Mexico and other countries Assist with paperwork to withdraw from all classes

Employer Responsibilities NoneProvides documents needed by applicant’s lawyer to determine prevailing wage for position, establish labor conditions Post wage in-house for 2 weeks Sign off on INS Form I-129, petition for H-1B for applicant Formulate job description, including qualifications and salary Provide documentation needed for Labor Certification form Recruit nationally and locally for 30 days After Labor Cert. is approved, signs off on INS Form I-140, immigrant petition Employer Cost None$1000 tax $110 application fee Advertising costs $115 application fee
