Basic Rules · - Views expressed by individuals not as the official view of their respective government or organization · - Not a venue to make, or request, a commitment or pledge · - A venue for open exchange of views to develop collaborative spirit/synergy among all the stakeholders present · - An opportunity for all participants to speak at each table · - A reporter/presenter to be selected among the participants at each table

Possible Topics/Agenda Items (questions for the brainstorming style dialogue) - What are the most critical factors in addressing “ Water and Poverty ” discussed in many of the sessions and panels in the 3rd World Water Forum, and also in the Ministerial Conference? - What is the most important element in following up the outcomes of the 3rd World Water Forum?

Expected Outcomes - Development of a collaborative spirit and synergy among the participants - Submission of the minutes of discussions in the brainstorming style dialogue to the Ministerial Conference as reference materials
