Leading change for a healthier Colorado Goals and Strategies Goal I: Increase capacity of Network by pursuing local and national grant funding opportunities that do not compete with local alliances. Goal II: Seize opportunities to influence funding strategies to expand the influence of and create new funding streams for local health alliances.
