Classroom Guidelines Always be respectful to yourself and others Be on time and ready to learn Take Responsibility for your actions Follow Directions Leave negative thoughts or ideas outside the room Pay attention to red or green zone sign. Always be prepared for anything

1.Provide a safe and positive learning environment for every student. 2.Get to know all my students. 3.Provide students with in-class work only. 4.Provide materials and instruction to prepare. students for a career in the criminal justice field.

1.Do or say something nice to at least one person every day 2.Respect the teacher or substitute teacher at all times 3.Follow classroom Guidelines and school policies at all times 4.Complete all assignments on time 5.Be aware of your surroundings at all times. 6.Leave negative thoughts outside the room

Restroom Procedures Quietly raise your hand with forefinger over thumb and palm facing away from you, slightly wave. I will respond with yes or no. Take the pass from the white board Make sure to put the pass back upon your return Only one student at a time You may not use the restroom 10 minutes after the bell or during the last 10 minutes of class.

House Cleaning Rules If you want to play basket ball with your trash, you will be required to complete 20 push-ups if you miss. Failure to complete the push-ups will result in office referral for disruption. I will allow snacks and drinks providing that there is no sign of it when you leave. Push chairs in upon leaving the class. Do not leave any trash on floor or on desk. The room should be cleaner when you leave than it was when you arrived. Failure to comply will result in loss of food/drink privileges.

1.We will often engage in classroom discussions. 2.Keep all conversations positive and friendly 3.Use a lower indoor voice 4.When I am talking, you should be listening

1.Consequences will be given for any student who does not follow classroom guidelines or procedures 2.1 st offense: verbal warning 3.2 nd offense-same day: Teacher detention/parent contact 4.3 rd offense-same day: removal from class-office referral 5.Every day is a new day-So smile and make the best of it.

Entrance and Exit Procedures Grab your binder upon entry and start working on daily warm-up questions. You should be in your seat when the tardy bell rings. Work on warm-up questions while I take attendance. Wait for instructions from teacher before putting things away. Do not leave any trash on floor or on desk. The room should be cleaner when you leave than it was when you arrived. Do not stand by door. You must be in your seat to be dismissed.
