4. Lync Etiquette Be aware that everything you do and say on a video call is visible / audible to ALL participants in the meeting If you are not speaking, mute yourself so others do not hear the background noise Everything you do and say is just as noticeable as if you were in the same room

5. Easy to Login Your Sign-in address is your Office 365 email address. Typically that means: firstname.lastname@granderie.ca
