7 2-Way Programs (Norrback and Roosevelt)  Half of students are Spanish speakers and half are English speakers  All students are together at all times.  Instruction is delivered 50% of the time in English 50% in Spanish.  Curriculum is aligned with district’s benchmarks and state’s curriculum frameworks.  Curriculum is covered progressively in both languages
