WHAT IS MEDITATION? Meditation is a tool to help solve problems and achieve goals in our daily lives. Real meditation is getting absorbed in our most inner self. (You may call it God, Higher Self, Holy Spirit, etc.)

OUR GOALS The goal of meditation is to “come home”
redeem that part of ourselves that we have lost become fuller human beings

MEDITATION IS A PROCESS
Like any other activities, it needs: Hard work Patience

WHICH METHOD OF MEDITATION IS GOOD?
There is no single way or the best way We may use Mantra. We may have guided mediation. We may have mindful medication. Or simply, sit in silence. Think about it…the answer will be revealed

A FEW IMPORTANT POINTS A fence is placed around a young tree to protect it. The same precautions must be observed in meditation. First: Do not over do. Like watering your plants a lot, remember too much is not good. Second: You need to practice: daily same place same time same style

CONTEMPLATION Stage in between concentration and meditation Partially within the senses Partially above the senses On the border of each That is the experience in genuine meditation In other words, when one is so concentrated (in) that he/she is not longer conscious of his/her body, that is the stage of contemplation. CONTEMPLATION It is the step between concentration and meditation.
Some one wrote: “If the mediator remains conscious of himself and that he is engaged in meditation, then he is not meditating, but is still in the preliminary stage, at the beginning of concentration.” Hmm.. Hmm..

MEDITATION Meditation is entirely above the senses. In the state of meditation, the mediator, the object of his meditation, and the process of meditation have fallen away, and there is only one. And that one is higher self (God, Holy Spirit, Love). Think about it…the answer will be revealed shortly…
