Responsible for: Monitoring the bulk system to ensure the reliability of the interconnection Balance generation and load to maintain frequency Verify Interchange (schedule/actual) with neighbors Operate the system to provide reliable service and accommodate maintenance and construction

12 Power Coordination Center (PCC)
Responsible for: Monitors transmission reliability and performs contingency analysis to identify System Operating Limits Processing OASIS reservations for short-term transmission service Processing Energy Transaction schedules (e-Tags)

13 Transmission Control Centers (TCC)
TCCs perform Transmission Operator functions with focus on: Local load service/reliability Outage coordination Switching System restoration & major storms

14 Transmission Control Centers (TCC)
Any questions regarding outage requests or substation testing should be directed to the appropriate TCC Per the Operating Committee Agreement, TCC should be contacted prior to any facility testing

TCC – Prior to any time personnel will be performing testing or accessing the control house or switchyard PCC – Questions regarding Tagging and Scheduling OASIS Administrator – OASIS related issues or problems Transmission Service Group - Interconnection or Delivery Service or other Tariff related issue. Need to expand on this somewhat.
