5 Round Table Discussion Objective. The objective of the Session is to offer you the opportunity to discuss your A2K experiences in groups. This is a follow up to last year Quebec session that focused on defining the concept

6 Discussion Guidelines  Choose a table among the five President-Elect A2K sub-themes  Take a look to the concept map where you will find an initial definition of the A2K President-Elect concept

7 Discuss A2K Sub-Themes 1. User-oriented A2K actions 2. A2K Advocacy 3. Partnerships in A2K 4. Libraries as space and place in A2K 5. Other theme approaches in A2K

8 Discussion Recording  Name a chair and a recording secretary  Discuss the topic  Record briefly your experiences (Secretary)  Share your report of A2K experiences with the general audience, not all tables may be present if time is up

9 A2K Action Map  Hand in your recording sheet to the AMT Student Team  The Student Team will draw a concept map of the A2K experiences  You will be able to download the A2K Action Map, in a week, from: http://ifladill2009.wordpress.com and later on from the IFLA website in the President web pagehttp://ifladill2009.wordpress.com

10 Participate on A2K Book Look for the A2K Book call on IFLA Express this Wednesday, here at the conference Participate, write a chapter!
