As the Coordinator of Student Services, it is critical to be aware and up to date on community resources. Collaboration with various community agencies to ensure students’ needs are being addressed and met is critical. The development of school based interventions that address the diverse needs of all students is imperative. These ideas are supported by ISSLC Standard 4 as listed below, ◦ Standard 4 A school administrator is an educational leader who promotes the success of all students by collaborating with families and community members, responding to diverse community interests and needs, and mobilizing community resources
