12. RM chooses Pre-SM joining RSS & DSS  AA department  Training department. Besides meet requirements of promotion, they must finish & pass TCA of RSS & DSS. These programs will be held every 2 months or request from agency. Pre SM

Promote to higher position: besides meet our promotion requirements, they must attend full programs that we offer like as series of management workshops. SM/ Pre BM under 1 year
