To share with partners the reciprocal maieutic approach (RMA). To support ALS to learn transversal pedagogical knowledge, skills and attitudes through the reciprocal maieutic approach. To increase the quality of learning contexts of adult learners. To make possible that adult learners gain new knowledge, skills and attitudes. To encourage adult learning staff to create a network.
