Editorial Organization The Eurorad Publication Coordinator (EPC) ensures: technical check of cases support for authors and members of the Editorial Board control of the copy editing process

Review tools The Editor-in-Chief, Section Editors and Section Reviewers conduct the review in a specialized database Emails are used for correspondence between review board members and authors

Technical developments Jan 2002: new server setup with enterprise class security settings Several developments made to ease the editorial management Version 5 will feature: new homepage with enhanced links and improved navigation new submission process integrating video and DICOM submissions

Submission of cases Channel 1: ”Direct to EURORAD web site” Link from ECR Abstract submission page to EURORAD web site Open between 18/9/02 and 31/12/02 9 contributors Review of cases was done by EURORAD editorial board Accepted cases published and presented at ECR 2003

Submission of cases Channel 3 “Post Congress process of Scientific Exhibits” through EPOS After ECR 2003, Scientific Exhibits on EPOS will be examined to detect potential EURORAD cases The material will be processed to allow preparation of EURORAD cases Authors will be encouraged to finalize their cases and submit to EURORAD
