There are 6 nutrients that the body needs. What are the 6 nutrients? Which one is made from amino acids and helps repair muscles and cells? Which nutrient is fiber? Americans need to eat more grains and fiber.

In order to lose 1 pound of fat from our body. We need to burn or eat less calories. How many calories equals 1 pound ? Vegetarians do not eat meat. They eat veggies and fruits. But what does a lacto-ovo vegeterian eat?

Where are saturated fats called? What is the beneficial fat? (GOOD FOR HEART) Good body composition = BMI Body Mass Index Low fat % and Higher Muscle %
