LIVE - Meeting in Fano November 2006 To do in this meeting During this meeting we have to decide: how many on line courses are going to start their topics the involved teachers Moreover we have to decide some interesting topics for the Forums in the Common Room of our website

LIVE - Meeting in Fano November 2006 How many courses In my opinion we have to prepare 2 or, at most, 3 on line courses They will start within November We’ll evaluate their development during the meeting in Iraklion (12 – 19 January 2007)

LIVE - Meeting in Fano November 2006 Structure of an on line course Each course will be carried out in a specific room of the website The teacher(s) in charge for the course (staff) will manage the room by: uploading lessons, opening forums, proposing topics in the forums answering to the questions of the pupils A final evaluation test will be proposed at the end of the course

LIVE - Meeting in Fano November 2006 Topics of the on line courses Andreas Tsepapadakis (Tsepan) is preparing the course “Logic of algorithms”. At the moment it is visible in the site in staff mode only. Ludovica Battista (Ludus) intend to propose a course about PHP. Because the knowledge of HTML is a prerequisite for PHP, we could start a repetition of HTML course immediately, starting the PHP course in January

LIVE - Meeting in Fano November 2006 Other topics English? Physics? We are waiting for proposals (from the students too!)

LIVE - Meeting in Fano November 2006 Forums in the Common Room At this moment in the Common Room of the website are open 3 forums: General discussion (101 posts) Meeting in Fano (3 posts) Coffee break (9 posts) It’s necessary to open other forums about more specific topics. Because the activity in the forum is carried out by pupils, the better thing is that the pupils themselves propose the new topics.
