23 2.Long-Range Boxing 长拳 Charactered as it's called, it stretches the body broad and attacks in a high speed and strong force, with clear rhythm, combining strength and grace, quickness and slowness as one, moving speedily and staying still, stretching arms long, jumping high and far. The skill emphasizes attacking long distance, hard and fast.

24 3.Taiji 太极拳 Taiji requires mind and intention to lead breath, guide the Qi(breath)to drive body movements, with softness and toughness combined as one. It is also an essential part of Wushu,both in combat skills and philosophy.

25 3. 南拳 Southern Boxing Nan Quan is one of the seven Chinese martial arts systems. It has more upper extremity movements than the legs. The form is fast, strong and steady. It includes various kinds of Wushu(or Kung Fu), such as Wing Tsun and Tsai Li Fo.
