Government 1469- Ferdinand and Isabella marry Ferdinand and Isabella become king and queen 1200s- Moors controlled only southern kingdom of Granada Ferdinand and Isabella unite kingdoms into one country 711- Moors conquer Spain Corregidores- Royal officials Ferdinand and Isabella were known as “Catholic Monarchs”
